services could include a team of professionals such as nurses, aides and therapists.

The Home Care benefit is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most insurances.

Our Services Include:

Experienced Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses
who work with your doctor to establish your skilled plan of care.
Wound Care treatment and monitoring of surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, etc.
IV Therapy hydration, antibiotics, and antivirals.
Physical Therapist who works with patients to increase strength and mobility.
Speech & Language Therapist who works with patients to regain speech, swallowing
and cognitive activities.
Home Health Aide to assist in activities of daily living and personal care.
Social Worker who can address emotional or social issues related to a patient's illness.
Physician : We will work with your physician, identifying your needs, obtaining orders
and coordinating the plan of care.
HomMed Monitor can be placed at your home to monitor your vitals remotely.
